To address the issues of data fragmentation and redundant collection in the management of medical insurance settlement lists and medical record front pages, a hospital explored and established an integrated closed-loop management mode for medical insurance settlement lists and medical record front pages. By conducting comparative analysis of the homogeneity and differences between the two datasets, the hospital identified key points for data integration. The PDCA cycle management tool was introduced to achieve continuous improvement in data quality and closed-loop control, effectively breaking the " information silo" and enabling " one-time collection, multi-party utilization" of medical record data. This approach not only significantly enhanced data quality but also drived the transformation of data management from " static assembly" to " dynamic evolution", providing data support for hospital precision management and DRG payment reform.
